Fees
VENDORS FEES
If we introduce a prospective buyer or negotiate with a prospective buyer to purchase the property and negotiate the sale our fee will be equal to 2% of the final agreed sales price of the property.
Exclusivity : This confirms your instruction to place your property for sale on the market with EFPG Estate Agents for the initial period of 12 weeks (‘Initial Period’) where an exclusive listing agreement is made. A reduced fee from the standard 2% will be offered depending on the sale price of the property. During the period of exclusivity , your property is listed solely with EFPG Estate Agents for sale excluding all other agents and websites/portals other than our own. After the Initial Period, these terms remain unless terminated by you or us or should a multiple agency listing take place. If you instruct another agent or use a website/portal other than our own (with or without our knowledge) the fee payable will be 2% of the selling price.
LANDLORD FEES
On introduction of a prospective tenant and the negotiation of a rental tenancy the Landlord will agree to pay EFPG Estate Agents fee which will be the equivalent of one month’s gross rent. The agents fee will be settled by retention by the agent of monies received from the tenant in respect of the tenancy.
